Yoga and Tai Chi for Dark Circles Under The Eyes

darkcirclesAs discussed in other sections, stress and fatigue are major factors in the development and severity of dark circles under the eyes.

The practice of Yoga or Tai Chi has proven beneficial to many people who want to reduce the physical and mental stress of modern life.

In Yoga, the Inverted Asana postures are recommended for dark circles under the eyes. Try the sarvangasana every day and the Jal Neti at least five times a week. The former will help to reduce puffiness under the eyes and the latter will clear the nasal passages and relieve sinus problems.

Tai Chi -- often referred to as "Yoga in Motion" -- is a great way to relax and reduce stress of both the mind and the body.
