Tea Bags for Dark Circles Under The Eyes

Soak a couple of tea bags in clean, cold water for a few minutes, squeeze out the excess water and place them over your eyes. Keep them there for ten minutes or so.
Chamomile and mint are both particularly good for the skin, try using these herbal tea bags. Alternatively, put some crushed, fresh mint around your eyes for a few minutes.
You could also use cotton wool balls soaked in water or milk.
