Lack Of Nutrients and Dark Circles Under The Eyes
Too little iron or Vitamin C may be the cause of the dark circles under your eyes. Low hemoglobin, in particular, could be the culprit. If you think you might be Anemic, taking supplements to increase your iron intake may reduce or even cure the dark circles.
On the other hand, too much of certain minerals can be the cause. If you take in too much potassium -- in bananas, etc -- this may be the reason for your dark circles. Try to reduce your potassium intake or increase the amount of table salt in your diet to compensate.
