Food and Water for Dark Circles Under The Eyes

darkcirclesEat foods naturally rich in iron, Vitamin C and Folic Acid. Cut down on salty foods and avoid caffeine, sugar-rich drinks and alcohol. Don't smoke.

Drink plenty of water; at least eight glasses a day. The more clean, still water you drink the better. Water is great for the skin and helps to flush out any toxins in your body.
